Ladle Shroud
Ladle shrouds are used as a tube for flow of molten steel from steel ladle to tundish. They stabilize molten-steel streams and protect molten steel from splashing and being oxidized. This product is pressed refractory functional part, which features superior thermal shock resistance, slag erosion resistance, wear resistance, easy to be installed and free of preheating.
Porous Plug Seat Well Block
Precast Blocks was precasted by high strength castables with a super high purity cement. These blocks provide high density, strength and excellent abrasion resistance, which are produced for extreme applications such as roof, spout and taphole block for EAF, bubbling sleeve and well block for ladle and dam block for tundish.
Tundish Stopper
Tundish stopper is one of the important steel flow regulation components, stoppers are designed to cope with the extreme thermal shock lining when regulating the molten steel flowing into the mould. The head of our stoppers is specially engineered to withstand erosion by molten steel. The slagline is also strong enough to withstand possible chemical corrosion caused by tundish immersion.
Zirconia Nozzle
The metering nozzle for tundish is made by calcium oxide and ZrO₂ as the main raw materials through the combined grade of raw materials, and process by high temperature burning technique for nozzle. It has good thermal shock resistance, anti-corrosion, long service life etc.
